Angelina is the name of a mother.
It is the scent of bread coming out of an oven that has been lit for generations. It is a cuisine made of handed-down gestures, of expert hands, of silences full of respect for the raw ingredients. Every dish comes from there: from a carefully guarded memory, from an idea of hospitality that comes before everything else, even before the sea.
